House Rules
- Check-in: 2PM / Check-out: 11AM
- Max occupancy: 14
- Max adults: 12
- Min age of primary renter: 25
- Children welcome
- Parties/events not allowed
- Pets not allowed
- No smoking indoors or on decks
- No outside fires
- Occupancy limited to number of guests listed on inquiry; may permit additional guests or visitors but you must have prior approval.
Cancellations
Once rental fees are received, they hold and guarantee the reservation and are non-refundable (unless we secure another tenant). The damage deposit is refundable if a cancellation occurs (since there would no longer be a need to protect against damage). If a cancellation were requested, we would try to fill that time with another tenant. If we can fill the rental then we will refund all the rental fees and damage deposit less a handling fee and any bank or credit card fees.
